•We provide professional building, painting and renovation services for new and existing homes. Our diverse services range from new house building, house renovations, house extensions, house painting and commercial property upgrades.
•Our teams consist of experienced qualified artisans, builders, carpenters, landscapers, and plumbers. We work closely with high profile Loss Adjusters, architects, property developers and engineers.
•We pride ourselves with our professional experience by giving you the peace of mind when engaging with ITIRELONG MULTI TASKING SERVICES to carry out your building, renovations, alterations, etc. We also provide expert advice on all building requirements, including insurance related requirements.

Mr. James Mpho Machike { Managing Director }
•Mr. Machike is a fully qualified insurance assessor, who holds a COP certificate in motor and personal lines insurance, having started out as a junior loss adjuster at Nathaniel Loss adjusters, he later progressed to construction companies such as TJS Maintenance, Isihawu Esisha, JD reliable and now recently with Southside Plumbing and Construction.
•Mr. Machike's work ethic, and contribution in all these companies has been of exceptional standards. Mr. Machike has direct Insurance experience of almost a decade; and fully understands, can expertly interpret and apply short-term insurance policies in claim situations. One of his recent highlights is the operational prowess he displayed during the 2016 Durban Catastrophe floods wherein he assessed over 150 claims in 5 weeks, and still assisted with arranging repair work appointments; and conducted after repair work quality assurance assessments to ensure client’s satisfaction.
Mr. Fani Brainy Nhlapo { Managing Director }
•Mr. Nhlapo is a self made entrepreneur who has ran various businesses over a period of 10 years. Former Co-Director at FB Trading. This company's core business was building renovations of government owned properties e.g. clinics; offices; community buildings; etc.
•His responsibilities were operations & client services.
•In charge of the whole Operation: The team's logistics which included planning & dispatching work, sourcing of material, execution of repair work; after repair work audits; and ensuring customer satisfaction. One of his recent major projects was re-roofing of low LSM uninsured houses in the Westrand area when the area was hit by a catastrophic hail storm and the company was awarded a part tender by the Mogale City Municipality.
